Della and Bjorn have been sitting at the counter making valentines for each of the classmates. As much as we would like to do the same for each of you, this newsletter will have to do. February is a great month to reconnect with all the important people in your life. SUSHI NIGHT!
Thursday, February 9th

5pm to 8pm in the Dining Room

In addition to our regular menu, Sous Chef Melissa Davis prepares a great selection of sushi to fulfill any craving.
Reservations on this night are highly recommended.
SINGLE-MALT SCOTCH TASTING
Friday, February 10th

5pm to 8pm in the Meritage Room

Join Erik Barsness, Liquor Specialist from Young's Market as he leads attendees through a tasting of some of the finest single-malt scotches available in Montana. Here's a list of what we'll be tasting: The Glenlivet 12yr old, The Glenlivet 12yr French Oak Aged, The Glenlivet 18yr old, Scappa 14yr old, Aberlour 10yr old, Aberlour 15yr old, Strathisla 12yr old plus a few other surprises. The tasting costs $5 per person. All of the featured scotches will be available for retail sale at special pricing during the tasting. Make a night of it... stay for dinner and enjoy 10% off your meal in the dining room. Reservations for dinner are recommended.

3pm to 5pm in the Demonstration Kitchen

Join Sous Chef Melissa Davis for this culinary demonstration and learn how to create some great meals in your own home. This month's topic is just in time for Valentine's Day and will be all about chocolate! The $20 per person fee includes two half-glasses of wine selected to pair with the presented food. Space is limited, call to reserve your space today.

CHEF'S TASTING MENU
Friday, February 17th

5pm to 8pm in the Dining Room

Chefs Trager and Davis, will present a special tasting menu in addition to our regular dinner menu this evening. This multi-course sampling, highlighting the depth of creativity coming from our kitchens, will be offered in addition to the regular menu. A wine sampling flight of four half-glasses specially paired with the menu will also be available.

Join members of the Rimrock Opera Company of Billings for an evening of exciting music and great food as they perform at Bridge Creek, featuring some of the most beloved melodies of popular Opera and Broadway. Enjoy a special three-course dinner as you sit back and are entertained by some of the regions most talented performers. Tickets are $39 per person including tax and gratuity.
PREMIER WINE TASTING

5pm to 8pm in the Meritage Room

Join Brian Verlanic of Intermountain Distributing as he previews a great collection of wines new to our area. The tasting costs $5 per person. If you're looking for a great way to find good wines to keep around the house, all of the featured wines will be available for retail sale at special pricing during the tasting. Attendees at this tasting will also have the best view of the Winter Carnival Parade as it makes it's way down Broadway. Make a night of it... stay for dinner and enjoy 10% off your meal in the dining room. Reservations for dinner are recommended.

Conclude your Winter Carnival weekend with the ultimate indulgence. We offer traditional favorites alongside innovative creations. USA Today has declared Red Lodge as one of the top ten places in the nation to celebrate Mardi Gras and our buffet has become part of a great tradition. We'll be cooking up a collection of great cajun classics including Blackened Catfish, Jambalaya, Shrimp Etoufee, Gumbo, Beignets and piles of Crawfish! This all-you-can eat buffet is $16.95 per person. And there's no better way to celebrate than with a selection from our daiquiri list made right for you at the bar.

The delivery trucks have been unloading at the back door all week and every corner of the Market is getting stuffed with cases and cases of wine. Once again, we've scoured through the warehouses and cellars to find some great deals to pass along to our wine-loving customers. Join us for this amazing opportunity, one day only, this Saturday, February 11th. The doors open at 10am and the deeply discounted wine will only be available while supplies last. Both Dan and Peter will be on hand to help you make your selections and many of the featured wines will be available to taste. PETER TEACHES "WINE 101" AT MSU-B
MARCH 8TH AND 9TH

In conjunction with the annual MSU Food and Wine Fest, Peter will once again join Ben Ripley from Young's Market of Montana to present an introduction to the world of wine. Taught over two nights in the MSU-B Student Union Ballroom, this class and tasting provides attendees with a unique opportunity to gain a strong foundation in wine and food fundamentals. This is the fourth time Peter and Ben will team up to educate and entertain as only two certified "wine-geeks" can.

Two Evenings Covering the Basics of Wine and Wine Tasting!
March 8: History of Wine, Wine Basics, White Wines, Wine and Food Pairings
March 9: Red Wines, Sparkling Wines, Wine and Food Pairings
Cost: $40 per evening or $60 for both evenings
